Refunds
We offer a no quibble refund policy. Return within 21 days of receiving your purchase and we will exchange or refund providing the goods have been unworn and undamaged. Please note that refunds do not apply to sale products.
Returns postage must be paid by the customer. Please inform us prior to sending a return by emailing us with the product reference number and your details to: returns@kidscavern.co.uk
Processing your order
Our aim here at Kids Cavern is to process your order as quickly as possible. We try to have your order dispatched within 2 working days from when your initial order is placed (this however does not include weekends or bank holidays)
Your online transaction is an instant payment, this means that orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. If an item is out of stock it will be refunded back onto your card and should clear within 2 days
We are unable to change your delivery address under any circumstances; this is for the safety of our customers to prevent any fraud.
If you order online you will ‘NOT’ be able to collect in our stores.
We also no longer accept telephone orders due to the Data Protection Act 1998; we are sorry for any inconvenience that this will cause but must stress our reasons for this change is for the protection of our customers.
When you place your order online your billing address must be verified through the Protx (Lloyds) Address Verification system (AVS) and your credit card security value must match (CV2)
This AVS and CS2 system is provided by Protx (Lloyds) and is UK standard system which online retailers use to authenticate its customers details. Although your transaction ‘may’ authorise if either your AVS and CV2 values do not match, we will not process your order further and you will be contacted by a member of staff here at Kids Cavern; this will be by either email or telephone and you will need to contact your bank to rectify any data issues the National database holds about you
If both your AVS and CV2 values do not match we will not be able to process your order further and your order will be cancelled from our end and an email sent to verify this cancellation
UK Delivery
Under £150 the delivery charge will be £5 and in most cases orders will be delivered within 48 hours, usually before 1pm (however this may not always be the case especially over weekends and Bank Holidays).
Kids Cavern offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders of £150 and over, within the UK.
All parcels are insured with Parcel Force for your peace of mind.

Shipping to USA
Parcel Force
Delivery to the United States and the Middle East is a set charge of £25 for all orders and takes 3-5 working days for delivery. Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically.
Shipping to EU countries
EU deliveries are made by Parcel Force, taking an estimated 3-5 days. We have a standard delivery charge of £15 to all EU countries.
Shipping Worldwide
Worldwide deliveries will be made by Parcel Force we have a standard price for worldwide deliveries of £25 (however in some circumstances this may vary slightly but we will email or phone with a delivery quote.)
Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.
