Please be aware that
we can only ship to the cardholders billing address. We ‘WILL NOT’ dispatch to
any other address than the registered billing address of the card used.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery - charge is £3.95 on orders under £50
we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, and dispatch all orders via
Royal Mail Tracked Delivery orders usually arrive within 3 working days
(however this may not always be the case especially over weekends and Bank
Holidays).
Next
Day Delivery
– this service is optional and costs £4.95 standard charge (including orders
over £50) on orders placed BEFORE 1pm (however some items may
need to be ordered from our second store which may delay delivery if this is
the case we will contact you ASAP) Should you wish to choose our Next day
option, please ensure you are logged in on our site and select from the drop
down option available.
Kids Cavern offer FREE STANDARD DELIVERY on orders of £50 and over,
within the UK.
All parcels are insured with Royal Mail for your peace of mind.

International Orders
Please be aware that at times some orders may be held up in
customs - however we do try our best to have your parcel to you within the allotted
time guide below. All international
orders are dispatched via Royal Mail International signed for delivery
Shipping to EU countries - EU deliveries take an estimated 5 - 7 working days to
deliver. We have a standard delivery charge of £7.50 to all EU countries.
Tracking numbers for delivery can be emailed upon request to customers for the
checking on delivery of their orders. This is not done automatically.
Shipping to USA and Middle East - Delivery to the United States and the Middle East is a set
charge of £9.50 for all orders and takes 10 - 15 working days for delivery.

Shipping Worldwide - Worldwide deliveries usually arrive with in 12 – 15 working
days and we have a standard charge of £9.50 for this (however in some
circumstances this may vary slightly but we will email or phone with a delivery

Please note that customers living outside
the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve
slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of
these additional charges that may be imposed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges
must be returned via post, we cannot exchange and refund in store due to a
different payment process - Please return all products via post to Kids Cavern,
22 Cavern Walks, Liverpool, L2 6RE
We offer a no quibble
refund policy. Return within 21 days of receiving your purchase and we will
exchange or refund providing the goods have been unworn and labels are still
attached and undamaged. Please note that refunds do not apply to sale
products (sale goods and items with any form of discount are none refundable -
exchange only) we will however exchange the item with in 2 weeks of purchase if
you are not completely satisfied.
Refunds do not apply for underwear or tights due to hygiene reasons.
The customer must pay returns postage. Please inform us prior to sending a
return by emailing us with the product reference number and your details to:

How it works:
Simply buy a product from us and find it cheaper on another
website, then as long as their service conditions and terms are comparable and
they have the product in stock; we will MATCH AND BEAT the price of any autumn
and winter 2011 product, by refunding you the difference plus a little extra.
How To Make A Price Match Claim:
Tell us where you have seen the product at a lower price. Please ensure you can provide up-to-date information, for example a live web link, a copy of a newsletter or screen-shot of the page. We will then check full details of the product, the selling price and then notify you if we are able to price match.
We will then refund the difference plus an extra £1 GBP to you credit/debit card or PayPal account.
Please also have a copy of your proof of purchase.
Claims can be made within 7 days of purchase - as of 30/09/11
*Terms and Conditions:
- Buy a product from us and we promise not only to match, but also to beat any genuine like for like quotation on a children’s designer clothing site (this does not include websites such as EBay and Amazon) with proof of purchase and proof of price difference
- We will ONLY match prices for ONLINE competitors
- Valid online on current stock i.e. Spring and Summer 2012 (none sale products)
- When making a claim please ensure the products are identical in size, brand, style and colour and the product is available (in stock on the competitors site)
- Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to flash sales and we are unable to match competitors who are in administration or closing down.
