Kids Cavern Rewards is our way of thanking you every time you shop with us.
You will automatically be included in our Reward Points scheme from the moment you create your customer account with us.
How do I earn points?
Once you have registered with us you will automatically earn points on every product you purchase!
You earn 1 point for every £1 spent at Kids Cavern. 1 point is worth 5p.
You may redeem your points when a total of 500 points is accumulated which equals £25. This equals a discount of 5%. Please note you can only redeem points once you have reached 500 and each accumulation of points has to be spent in blocks of 500 i.e. 500, 1000,1500, 2000 etc.
Please note you cannot use a deviation of this rule i.e. you may not use 750 points only 500 - the 250 will stay in your account until a further total of 500 is reached.
Points expire after 182 days (6 months.) Points Don't expire if an order is made once within the time period. For example is you place and order every 6 months the points will keep carrying over until you decide to use them.
How do I spend points?
You can spend your points provided you have at least 500 any time you make an order. The next time you shop with us you can redeem your points for a discount at the payment stage of the checkout, where you will see an option to "Use my reward points" as part or total payment for your order.
How can I use my Loyalty Points?
You can use your points to place an order for any items you like provided the accumulated points are enough to cover the order and any delivery charge - no credit card payment required!
After you have added the items you want to buy to your shopping bag, select the 'CHECKOUT' option and proceed to checkout as normal (logging in to your account if not already logged in). On the payment page you will see the option to use your loyalty points.
How can I see how many points I have?
You can see your current points balance by logging into your account and then adding any product to your shopping bag. Your points total will be shown near the top of the page (only after points have been granted).
Please note loyalty points are only allocated to orders dated from when our new website went live 20th June 2012.
N.B. We regret that we cannot retrospectively grant loyalty points to orders placed on our old website. Loyalty points are not granted for orders paid for with points already accumulated.
Please note. Points will be deducted from items that are returned & not faulty.
